The company
As an accredited and certified vocational training institution we operate in the areas of occupational qualification, training and seminars. We have developed vocational training programmes for social and health care which have been reviewed and certified by the independent certification body Annerkennungs- und Zulassungsverordnung Weiterbildung (AZWV). MainInstitut is based in Wiesbaden und is active nationwide.
What we do
Our range of programmes and services include:
- Coaching and seminars for career and personal development
- Further training and skill enhancement for employees with no formal qualifications and/or career changers
- Management and consultant training at all levels (e.g. Quality Representative and Quality Manager)
- One-to-one coaching (also in-house)
- Implementation of tailor-made Quality Management Systems (QMS) for your company
- Audit of existing QMS and preparation for certification process
We work for market leaders and public bodies in the health sector.
